Rebirthing Breathwork

Rebirthing Breath Work is an amazing tool for healing and powerful life-change.  I am trained in the lineage of Leonard Orr’s work, which is rooted in ancient Indian Yogic understanding.  I am thankful and excited to offer this practice which becomes an integral part of better living, health and joy.

The goal is to empower people to take control of their own lives and heal themselves.  It’s a blessing and honor to watch this transformation occur and see greater freedom, self-love, relaxation and true joy come into a person’s being.

Through the use of conscious connected breath, affirmations, breathing exercises and conscious interactions with the elements, a powerful and engaging  practice emerges that supports a whole other level of living.

Rebirthing is a natural way to identify and release old thought-forms and patterns, some of which are unconscious and life-long.  We examine how these buried beliefs have been creating your reality and shift this dynamic so you begin to master life from a place of confidence, trust, and enjoyment.  A rebirthing experience begins with an intake interview and initial session.  In a loving and safe space, you are able to relax and breathe with guidance and support.  Each progressive session of this gentle and nurturing work deepens the experience.

This work is founded on the understanding that our natural state is one of joy and love.  Due to life experiences, we are disconnected from this birthright.  Rebirthing enables us to shed the cloaking and disconnection and step into the sweetness of life.  Reconnection to and embodiment of our natural Divinity is surprisingly simple yet profoundly relieving and tangible.  The “cliche” of self-love becomes a genuine experience that feels like coming home.
